Written Refund and Return Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Our products are made from natural materials, and slight differences may be present, which are normal and safe for intimate use. I. Ordering Methods, Prices, and Product Information
Users can place orders through www.mymystra.mx. Every Mystra user declares they have full capacity to use debit or credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs arising from purchasing products through Mystra. By clicking the "Pay" or "Buy" button during the purchase process, the user declares full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. The data recorded by Mystra constitutes proof of transactions between Mystra and its customers. Mystra will confirm your order via email.
All our product prices include all applicable taxes but do not include transportation costs outside of Mexico City area. There is no minimum purchase amount at Mystra. Although Mystra reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability).
By purchasing from Mystra, the user or customer declares they have read and understood all the information about the acquired products. This information is available on each product's page, including a general description of its function or characteristics and technical details for correct use and maintenance.
II. Availability
Mystra will do everything possible to meet the demand for products from all its customers. In the event of product unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email. In case of refunding the customer's bank account depends on the payment method, card type, and each bank's conditions. These time frames are specified in the "Delivery" clause.
III. Payment
Purchases can be made by bank card (credit and debit, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express), PayPal, and MercadoPago. The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account within one day of the order date and will be considered effective after confirmation by the banking payment centers. If the POS terminal (Point of Sale) reports a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed online of the cancellation.

Mystra relies on the leading e-commerce platform Shopify (http://www.shopify.com/), which guarantees payment security as it is PCI Compliant Level 1. All our payment gateways, including Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards), PayPal, and MercadoPago, as well as Shopify, are PCI Compliant Level 1. This means that the entered banking data is encrypted and securely transmitted to the payment gateway servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud. This data entry procedure is guaranteed by 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available. As a result, no third party will have internet access to the banking data entered by the customer.
Only Shopify and the mentioned payment gateways have access to the banking data associated with these payment methods; Mystra does not have access to this information at any time.
V. Delivery
The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will be dispatched to the address indicated by the buyer during the purchase process. Each time an order is dispatched, the buyer will receive an email notification of the shipment.
Transportation costs will be borne by the buyer. Delivery can occur during the confirmed day, within hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The estimated delivery times announced on the website may change due to circumstances beyond Mystra's control and are not guaranteed or binding dates.
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at Mystra, once payment is confirmed, and can be viewed via the link: "My Orders," from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.
Mystra will ask customers to choose the delivery location, specifying their home, office, or center where they want the product delivered, which they will receive within a time frame depending on product availability and the transport agency.
Mystra will inform the customer of the order's dispatch from the distribution warehouse via email. Each delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the carrier's control system. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and make all justified reservations and claims, including the option to refuse the package if it has been opened or shows signs of damage.
VI. Liability, Disputes, and Applicable Law
The customer acknowledges knowing the data and characteristics of the acquired products and agrees with the information provided by Mystra. The customer declares that:
- They are of legal age according to the current legislation.
- They are authorized to use the account, card, or payment method provided to make the purchase.
- They agree to receive the product at the specified location and under the conditions informed during the purchase process.
- The information provided during the process is correct and true, and they are aware of the product information.

Mystra cannot be held responsible for contract breaches in cases of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and transportation and/or communications means, flood, or fire. In case of dispute, the member will prioritize contacting Mystra to seek an amicable solution.
These General Conditions are governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the applicable and current Mexican legislation. The parties submit to the courts of Mexico City for resolving conflicts, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
VII. Modification of General Sales Conditions
Mystra reserves the right to modify the general sales conditions without prior notice, including adding, removing, or changing the content and services provided through it, as well as how they appear or are located on their servers.
From this moment, the User accepts and confirms that the modifications to these terms and conditions are accepted and will be applicable each time a purchase is made through the Mystra page. Mystra members who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify it, and from the date the new version comes into force, they must stop using the services offered by Mystra. If any of the terms of the general conditions is illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void, applying what is agreed by the parties and, in its absence, the provisions of the Civil Code of Mexico City and/or the corresponding federal entity.

I. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Mexico and internationally. We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our products.

II. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
III. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
